Hi,
HP C7280 All-in-One Printer will not install  workable HP Solution Center.  Get "Parsing error in file C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\Digital Imaging\bin\hpqscloc\1033.xml" error message.

Purchase latest Windows 7 HP C7200 series CD.  Tried several times to install.
Disabled Norton
Uninstalled prior installations several times
Wireless setup and will print documents, but no scanning feature to pc

Per HP [did not work!]:
Download the attachment I attached in this message to your PC
Unzip it, it will be a folder called hpqscloc
Copy this folder to the following location:
c:\Program Files\HP\Digital Imaging\bin
Attachments:
hpqscloc.zip 9 KB ...

Please advise.

Thanks,
Joe

Try to install the software. If you get an error message then just click ok.

Now
1. Download

http://www.ursoftware.com/product/uninstaller/download.htm

2. Select pro option.

3. Uninstall the product.

4. It will go through 3 stages. Make sure you complete those steps.

5. Restart the computer

First uninstall Norton. Restart the computer and then install the HP software.

Should resolve your issue.
