Sonicwall GMS shows units that say they are unregistered but the units are registered on mysonicwall

Kindly get in touch with Sonicwall folks. They will either send you a license file which you can use to re-register your product via GUI or They issue you a fresh license after a patch/fix.

Hilal1924: I baited you just a bit, I am actually one of Sonicwalls larger customers and they can't figure it out as of yet, tried new license file, unregistered and reregistered, etc. with no luck so far...

Ah I see. Unfortunately I don't have a SonicWall Box around else I would have helped you with this issue. I used to be the escalation Engineer for Sonicwall few years back :-) Escalate it to their COE head, His Name is: Dhananjay Rameinini. If he responds to your request then consider your issue resolved. I am sorry I was away and could not respond faster.
