How do I get rid of streaking on my Canon i475d printer

They appear all along the right side of the page about 1/2" thick in black, not solid but more like a cloud.

Does it happen with a new cartridge?

yes I put in a new color and a new B&W cartridge.

Now I see that one roller is full of ink. I cleaned it off and then reran a test page. The roller is now black again. Only one roller

As it's on the right-sde it could be your waste ink tank is leaking onto the roller.  Try blotting the roller a few more times to see if it clears it.

I used q tips and alcohol to clean all the rollers. That took care of the problem
