I have a Macbook Pro with iCal, an iPhone and a SBS2008 with Exchange 2007 on it.

The iPhone, Outlook (PC), and iMail on the Macbook Pro syncs up fine without a problem, the problem I have is that iCal does not want to sync up at all.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

Outlook for Mac and Your Calendars

A solution, useful but annoying, is to copy the content of your outlook calendar in iCal directly (just in dragging the event), which is syncing with the iphone/ipad through itunes if you activate it… Will still wait for a better solution!!!

Well, trip to the applestore brought us to the right path. When we tried a brand new (empty calendar) syncing worked fine. So the problem was with some of the content in the calendar. The recurring items are creating the trouble, so we removed them, synced up, and then recreated them on the MacPro, and working!
