System Center Config Manager Client not running advertised programs

I've got a little weird issue going on with System Center Config Manager.  I am trying to push out Forefront Endpoint protection to a Windows XP Pro SP3 machine and it doesn't seem to want to execute the task.  I assigned the tasked to that it will automatically execute without any intervention and it seems just to sit there...  I have other Windows 7 workstations out there and they seem to get the advertisements without any trouble but the problem I have seems to be related to XP.  The Config Manager is running 2008 R2.

I checked the event viewer and I am getting this one error.  I checked it out and it appeared to be the NAP agent.  When I set the service to automatic, it cleared up the error but I cannot get Syscenter to push out the advertisement... The client seems to understand that there is an advertisement  but it won't execute.... I am very new to Syscenter and any insight on this problem, would be appreciated.  Thanks!

Can you post the contents of execmgr.log in C:\windows\system32\ccm\logs on a PC having the problem?  You can use pastebin.com if you want so the thread doesn't get clogged up.
