Outlook 2010 error when doing a Save As

I have a user running Windows 7, Outlook 2010 Exchange 2003 account
When he trys to save an email by using Same As he gets the following error:
"The messaging interfaces have returned an unkown error"

Post from ded9 did not help but thanks anyway.
I resolved it by
first backing up the mailbox as a .pST file just incase
Then going to control-panel mail, under Data files I created a new storage location, then go to Email accounts and deleteting mailbox.
Then start OPutlook and configure new mailbox manually
Works fine now
