I am running Outlook Express.  It is deleting email messages randomly.  Ten days ago I was missing 3500 messages from the Inbox.  I had to purchase an Outlook Express e-mail recovery program and was able to recover the messages.  They had been moved to another location on the hard drive.  I recovered the messages and placed them in a folder in the Outlook Express tree.
There are many messages stored in other folders in the tree as well.  Today I lost another 15 messages.  Does Outlook Express get full and just deletes email reandomly?  How can I fix this problem?
thanks,

How large is your Outlook Express .dbx file? If a .dbx file is closed to 2GB, then you may lost emails.

The solution for your problem, is to recreate a completely new folder in Outlook Express, and move the emails in original folders to the new one. And if the original folder is close to 2GB limit, make several folders and then move the emails to several of them to make sure each new folder will not close to 2GB limit again.
