Adding WSDL plugin in eclipse

I am using eclipse 3.2.2. I need to add the apache plugin.


How can I can the plugin to show up. I added the jar file in plugin dir and restarted and it did not show up, Also added under under eclipse dir and it did not show up.  
I am trying to add the folllowing:
http://www.apache.org/dyn/mirrors/mirrors.cgi/axis/axis2/java/core/1.5.4/axis2-eclipse-codegen-plugin-1.5.4.zip 

Any suggestions.

Here it says you need to unzip plugin into exclipse installation directory and then restart Eclipse:

When I try to add the site as explained above:, I get the error:
Network connection problems encountered during search.
  Unable to access "http://www.apache.org/dyn/mirrors/mirrors.cgi/axis/axis2/java/core/1.5.4/axis2-eclipse-codegen-plugin-1.5.4.zip".
    Error parsing site stream. [White spaces are required between publicId and systemId.]

Any idea how to fix this?

Why would not you first download this zip, have the zip physically on you computer,
 and then unzip it into installation folder of eclipse
and then restart eclipse - as they recommend

thats not an update site

1 - download the Zip file, and unzip it.
2 - use eclipse local plugin update
3 - restart eclipse
