How to optimize a site for the iPhone?

I recently noticed that my site (which appears fine in all other browsers including Safari) seems to freak out when viewed on the iPhone.

I don't own an iPhone so have a difficult time determining what the exact problem is. Could someone with an iPhone take a look at www.teamfishel.com and tell me if you see any reasons why the site is appearing so oddly on the phone?

Or if anyone has any insight as to how to go about making the site appear properly on the iPhone that would be great as well.

Thanks
