I have a database (see attached) that has two tables (ProjectDetails and ProjectArchive). I have created a portal using the ProjectDetails as the source. What I want to do is be able to move (copy into) the records into the ProjectArchive table once the 'Archive' field is set to 'Yes' in a particular record. I have created a script ('Set Reset Archive') that allows the user to click on the 'Archive' field and this script will change between the values 'Yes' or 'No' (1 or 0). I basically want to append the particular record into the ProjectArchive table leaving the original record under the ProjectDetails Table.
