I have a database (see attached) that has two tables (ProjectDetails and ProjectArchive). I have created a portal using the ProjectDetails as the source. What I want to do is be able to move (copy into) the records into the ProjectArchive table once the 'Archive' field is set to 'Yes' in a particular record. I have created a script ('Set Reset Archive') that allows the user to click on the 'Archive' field and this script will change between the values  'Yes' or 'No' (1 or 0). I basically want to append the particular record into the ProjectArchive table leaving the original record under the ProjectDetails Table.
Thanks.

Once the record has been archived what will you do with the original record?  Can it be archived again?  When the Archive is complete will you switch the value back to No?

I'm wondering if there isn't a better way of presenting this.  Maybe with a button?

I've made a couple of modifications to the script.  See if they are what you are looking for...
