How to edit the SECURED pdf file?

can be edited the SECURED pdf file? I want to copy or edit  in the SECURED pdf file ,how to that?

Dear Asker

you cannot legally do edits to a PDF that is protected against edits. Any advice here to password remover and cracking tools is illegal and against EE rules.

The only legal way is to ask the author to give permission or to unlock the PDF. Otherwise you are out of luck.
