Asp.net Ajax Client-Side framework failed to load

I have windows 7, which has visual studio 2005, 2008 and 2010.
and Telerik Asp.net Ajax controls.

I am trying to run an visual studio 2010 asp.net application and I am getting this(shown in the image) error now days.

I am not able to find any working solution till now.

could you please help me out here.

Try reseting controls of  telerik................. !! u have got an option there to reset all the trelerik controls give a try .............!!

I just came to know that in firefox it is working fine.
Not sure what is wrong with IE7
