Steps in upgarding from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010

I need to upgrade an environment from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010.  Can anyone let me know the steps (Prerequisites before installing Exchange, Installation Exchange, Creation of Dag etc, CAS Array etc..) Any difficulties faced during installation..
