Hi,

Was wondering if someone could recommend a product or solution for the following:

Basically I would like to create a database that would be used for time tracking at client sites, and purchasing. Basically we would have users update there time sheets, travel expense and also are able to have a order tracking sheet.

Most important part is we are looking for a browser based solution so we can input data online while users are on the go.

Management would also like to be able report on metrics of time etc or to pull up a presentable report that we can use as a purchase order. Time sheets would need to have basic calculations like how many units of 20 minutes between two times.

Here the hard part. Easy to configure and cost must be kept to a minimum.

I look forward to any recommendations.

There is a very nice comparison on Wikipedia of a large range of Time Tracking applications.  They range greatly in price (a few are free, I know you mentioned price is an issue), as well as what features they offer.  Here is the link:

Let’s face it: one of the reasons your organization chose a SaaS solution (whether Microsoft Dynamics 365, Netsuite or SAP) is that it is subscription-based. The upkeep is done. Or so you think.
