To transfer the domain you need to get an auth code (from the web hosting company). With this auth code you can go to any other company and initiate a transfer for your domain, using just the domain name and the auth code. Then the new company will take care of the domain transfer.

Hope this helps.

Well that could be an issue. You will need the access to the control panel or the auth code to be able to transfer the domain. By using one of those the current registrar gives his approval for the domain transfer. So you'll have to treat them nicely until you get what you need from them :-~

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Yes sir iam requesting them also if in case they share the details immediately will change the contact mail address and reset the password after doing this now to host/maintain our website with new web-hosting company what all to be done please suggest with my understanding we will have to purchase a web space with new web-hosting and from the domain control panel we have to point it to the name servers of the new web-hosting company, please suggest me is this correct if wrong request you to suggest me the correct steps, thanks in advance.

You are quite correct. After (or during) the move of the website you create an A-record for your domain which points to the new ip address and a CNAME record which point the www to the A-record (atleast that's how I do it). So something like:

A           domain.com  1.2.3.4
CNAME  www.domain.com  domain.com

If you get access to the current control panel you can always have a look at how it is set up there.
