Hi guys,
I have added a GPO which changes the local admins on local PC's on our domain. This has thrown up file access errors and outlook errors as the users dont have the correct c root permissions (only read and execute).

I need to assign the users the correct C root permissions but have other a 1000 PC's in the domain (only tested in 20 so far) is there a script or a tool that could edit the permissions on login?

Try to use GPO, under Computer Configuration in Windows Settings\Security Settings you will find File System
Add there C-Drive and configure those Admins with Full Control rights.
