Help Needed for V-79-57344-65298 - The Exchange Store service is not responding.

Receiving the following error intermittently on exchange server using backup exec 2010 from other server. Pls provide insight into the issue . I have attached the beremote log for review. beremote-mailfailure-feb22.txt

1. Make sure you have Veritas up to Date (LiveUpdate) and/or this hotfix installed:

2. Uninstall Veritas agent on the Exchenge server, rebbot it and re-install veritas agent with a domain admin user

3. Re-create the backup job selecting ONLY the Information Stores. Make sure that Anti-virus is disabled on the exchange server and/or it doesn't analyse exchange folders and files (.log, edb, stm).

So apparently the latest hot fix did get me somewhere the stores were backed up, but met with the error"V-79-57344-65286 - To back up Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, you must install the Exchange Management Tools for Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 on the media server. The Management Tools can be installed during a custom install of Microsoft Exchange Server 2007."

Most likely because i am using GRT, so I am following the below thread now. Appreciate the help will close and award points.
