yahoo messanger

Dear experts,

I have installed a yahoo messanger and it is generally not signed in.

When i am using some ohter application, the yahoo messanger pops up and aks me to login.

Is there a way i can stop yahoo messanger application from popping up. I still need the software to be installed.

It depends on what is causing it to pop up. Normally you can login to Yahoo Messenger and then go to the "File" tab at the top of the messenger window, and go into the options and inside the options menu you'll find some options to "disable auto start on windows boot up" and things like that. I don't use yahoo messenger so I don't remember the exact option but you can disable it from running when windows runs and you can stop it from auto logging in if it tries to do that.
