CSPRINTDLG error

Some of the sites that we have login into our Infoview to view/print their Crystal Reports are getting a blank Print dialog box topped by a "csprintdlg" dialog box with a yellow triangle warning sign.  No other error message.  It also will not send the report to their local printers.

How can I solve this?  Our clients do not have CR installed at their sites.  They just login to the Infoview site to access their reports.

Since they are actually running on the InfoView server rather than locally on their box, there probably isn't a printer InfoView can see that they have permissions to.

They may be able to setup their printer and share it with you thus InfoView could see it and print to it.

The other option would be to try to use the browser print capability which probably isn't as good or to export the report to PDF and save it locally to print it out.

How can the sites setup their printers and share it with us so that InfoView could see it and print to it?

I am new to this and do not know how to tell them to do this.

That will probably require your system admin to work with the client system admin.  I know on my personal machine I can turn on printer sharing through Control Panel --> NETWORK Configuration.

SInce this will probably be one netwirk to another the system admins will probably have to do it.  I don't know if it will work but it is the only thing I can think of.
