Is there a way to view archived emails i have in PST files.

When i try to import into my outlook I get "PST FIles are blocked on this computer".
The company apparently limits those.

Can i install another copy of outlook on external disl i have or it would not help.

I also installed this and I keep getting an error when i run it.

Did you try going into your tools > account settings > data files

and add the pst as a data file on your current profile? This should let you get into the mail as well... if it doesnt let you then I would contact your companies IT Support.

As far as that program you are trying to use I have not tried it personally, but I would try installing windows updates to see if that resolves the error. If not post the error in a new question and I'm sure someone will troubleshoot it for you.

I am using outlook 2003. i do not see account setting under tools.

I tried File/Data Mangement but i could ot add the PST file. They seem to block it.

is it possible to install another copy of outlook on external drive or another internal drive or a workaround to view the emails in my archived PST files.
