can't install Symantec software

I cannot install a trial version of Symantec Backup Exec System Recovery because I get the attached error

Looks like a corrupt file. Download the trial again and try to install it again. Should work after that. If not try to download it to a flashdrive, reboot then install from flashdrive and see if that helps.

I downloaded it again and I get the same error.  I am downloading the server version because I want to backup my Windows SBS 2003.  If I downloaded the desktop version trial would I be able to use that on a server?  Is the problem have to do with sbs 2003?
