Paging in SSRS

I have a report that has a header and a body.  In the body is a single table.

The entire table pulls from a single query in the DB using a stored procedure.

I have tested the stored procedure and it returns appropriate data.

However, what I need is the report to page break after each record.  I cannot seem to make that happen.  What am I doing wrong?

Hi

Not sure entirely about 2005... but in the design at the bottom you should have grouping and one of it should be "details" try going to properies and look for page break "after". If you cannot find left click details click F4 to go to properties pane and find page break or break.

Sorry for not very precise instructions.

Hope that helps.

hmm....not seeing the options there.

Are the settings in the image correct?

Hi

From what I see you use list control (not table) and I would expect (from these settings) a page break after the list not for each row in the list control. Can you change it to table? You should get more control over it..... I think (I haven't used 2005 for a few years so I'm kind of guessing).

Emil,

Actually, I figured it out.  I had to create a details grouping.  I was expecting it to know that by default.  Once I created a details grouping, it worked fine with the list.

Thanks!
