3500 AP or 1524 AP? Help me decide.

Hi All,

We have a new delpolyment in our facilities. The facility is 500ft by 800ft. We need cover the whole facility. The user can use wifi VoIP and transfer data files. The APs will be deployed indoor but the temperature could run between 40 and 100F. The device can get dirty easily too since lots of car and truck park inside. Car repair and maintenance. We have switches and routers in the facility. So,

1. I'm really want to give 3500AP a try because of the cleanair. But the specification shows it operates between 32 and 104F. It's just on the edge of the operating range. Also in a not clean indoor enviornment, I'm not sure how long 3500AP can last.

2. 1524SB will have no problem at all in our facility regards to the temperature and dirty situation. Kind of overkill. It just doesn't have 802.11n and cleanair. But it can do the mesh which 3500 can't do. It seems not bad option.

3. Does 1524SB support voice? I see indoor mesh AP like 1131 and 1242 support it. But not sure 1524SB supports or not.

How do you guys think? Does 1524SB do mesh network well indoor?

Really appreciate your help.

Found out 3502e is a better fit for our project. The temp range is -4 to 133F. It has 11n and clearair feature. Good for voice too.
