Coverting a PDF into a Webform

Looking for a solution to create a financing web form on our wordpress site. I have the complete form in PDF format and wanted to know if there is a PDF to web form converter out there for wordpress or otherwise? Usually I would try and re-create this in ASP or PHP but with wordpress as our CMS I am wondering if someone has already created the plugin for this? TD-Financing.pdf

Hi fadercreep,

To the best of my knowledge, there is not a converter.  You would have to either recreate the form in HTML or attempt to embed the PDF in the page so it opens as part of the page and not as a separate file.

yes, I have been Googling and have found nothing, I know this gets off of the topic of Web Development but isn't there a way to type into the PDF documents in text fields? Basically it would be best if the client just downloaded the PDF filled out the forms in the PDF and then sent it back to us via email.

Yes, there is a way to do that. You need the full version of Acrobat to create fillable forms and you also need to be able to point the form to a script to properly process it.
