I have a radComboBox with the autopostback set to true.  But in certain circumstances, I need to change the contents of the comboBox in javascript and not do the autopostback.
Is there some way I can do this?  What is the syntax?

      combo.setautopostback to false somehow
        combo.trackChanges();
        combo.set_selectedIndex(0);
        combo.set_text('');
        combo.set_value('');
        combo.commitChanges();
       combo.set autopostback back to true somehow

function testDetails(con,e)        {

 if(con.value == "")  {
return false;
 } else {
                __doPostBack(con,e);
}

}

and your textbox should be...
<asp:TextBox ID="TextBox1" runat="server" AutoPostBack="true" onchange="return testDetails(this,this);" OnTextChanged="TextBox1_TextChanged"></asp:TextBox>
