Outlook might be locking the PST file, so try stopping that, or to make sure reboot your pc and before you open anything copy the file.

Close Outlook, and check in Task manager, Processes, that Outlook is not active, then you can copy pst file

You have to close outlook is the obvious comment ... what processes do you have running?

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

Also

Do you use automation in any other VBA enabled applications that might be connecting to outlook, try stopping any MS office apps for example

Hi all

use Personal Folders Backup to create a backup. It's free from Microsoft and working fine.
