compale and rpm package together

Hi guys,

If several packages was installed using rpm example (php), Is it possible to compile a php-pecl-mailparse and integrate it will other rpm packages or it has to be rpm too. in other mining can I install package using rpm and if dependency require use compile for same software

In the case of this particular package it is just adding an extra repo to your Yum: php-pecl-mailparse is in the DAG repo.

which repo do you think is best to use, do you know any web link.
some people say adding repo isn't secure, cause it is been make by others!!

DAG and RPMForge have existed for a long time now and together with EPEL they are generally speaking considered the more popular repo's. Be careful mixing repo's (especially any with ATrpms) and which categories you enable within each repo (for instance enabling "testing" may land you in a world of pain you are not familiar with).  Learn about the different repo's here: http://wiki.centos.org/AdditionalResources/Repositories

As far as security goes each repo has a GnuPG key with which you can check downloads with (do not disable checking the signatures in the repo file) and the hashes of RPM contents can be verified. I do not know the level of packager scrutiny and quality assurance testing packages in DAG, RPMForge and EPEL undergo vs the distribution repo but they have rarely caused me trouble. YMMV(VM) though.
