Change IP address on server & PC

Our IT person quite.  We are in the middle of changing internet providers.  Does anyone a step by step guide for changing IP addresses on WIN 2003 Server?

there could be two type of IP scheme. if static put the ip address. if dynamic (DHCP), check obtain ip address automatically. find attached doc file. go to start-run-type ncpa.cpl, hit enter, follow the attached word doc file. if anything else post your comment

sorry for delay post...I think 4runnerfun's post is more dscriptive, if you follow 4runnerfun, you will have some concept also.
