Good morning,

I am having difficulties with a new firewall and have found that outlook may be the source for some of the errors.

It seems that it is retrieving html content in emails without using an authorized user.  I am trying to figure out how Outlook 2010 access the html content.  Does it gwet it via the Exchange Server or does it directly access the internet for the content?  Is there a place where I can check the settings for proxy information or what user it is using?

Thanks
Matt

Outlook 2010 uses Word 2010 as a html rendering engine and it pulls links directly from the internet.

Does it useinternet explorer's connection settings or do we need to set proxy information for it?
