Windows Storage Server 2003 upgrade

I currently have 3 Storage Server 2003 64-bit servers that house storage for each office in our firm.  However, I have an application that requires Server 2008 64-bit.  Has anyone successfully upgraded using this path?  If not, do you see any reason why the upgrade should not work?

There is not a upgrade path to Windows 2008 Server Storage Server. You can not upgrade Windows 2003 Storage server as well. These products are usually sold directly to the storage providers from Microsoft so these are limited to what they can do.

But the answer would be no.

There is no software upgrades for these versions.

I would be upgrading to Windows Server 2008.  However, that is what I figured.  Too bad really, it could have been a very simple fix for us.  Thanks for your reply.

Not a problem sorry the way MS does it.
