Just a few days my customer's back button on her Internet explorer has quit working. she can use the drop down to go back but not the back button arrow.  I saw a bunch of unreliable solutions on the web and hoped you had a solid answer that I can try without having to waste a lot of my customer's busy schedule.  I have only cleared out IE cache thus far.
thanks,

Hello,

I had the same issue, due to the fact that Microsoft office 2010 Beta causes it.

You must update the computer via windows update and a patch will correct the problem.

And after that you should reset the IE's configuration.

Let me know your results.

Rgds.

She doesn't have Beta installed, only a few members of Help Desk has the Office 2010 on their machines.  I reset IE and that works perfect. Thanks a bunches!
