I want to set up a number of websites running off of a windows 2008 r2 server on a dynamic IP.
I have the domain names registered + I have the 2008 server which already has a test site working from a no-ip.org address

How can I extend this to host sites accessible from my other domain names?

see DYNDNS.COM

For $29.95/year you can use the DYNDNS service to keep your DNS records updated pointing to your web server even if its IP address changes.

I use the free DYNDNS service to keep a pointer to my home IP address, but you'll need the "premium" package if you want them to maintain a domain name that belongs to you.
