Can anyone recommend a software package that will transcribe mp3 voice recordings?

In other words, if a digital recorder is used to record a meeting, is there a software solution that would convert the mp3 file to text?

Dragon Naturally Speaking will import mp3 files and will transcribe them to text.

unfortunetly not for group meetings.  it only works for a single voice.

there are no retail solutions for group transcription software.
