Bootcamp issues

I am installing bootcamp on my 17' macbook pro unibody and i am having some issues.

I have upgraded the osx before i started and then ran the Boot Camp Assistant. created the partition. but now i have an issue where I am at the "Save Windows Support Software" screen insde the Boot Camp Assistant. I want to create a CD of the drivers so i select the "Burn a copy to CD or DVD" but when i click continue i get get a menu for burning the disc, which i see teh cd is "ready to burn" so i hit the Burn button but nothing happens. I have test burnt a disc with this machine so i know the bruner is working.

any ideas?

If you have the OSX DVD that came with your macbook the support software is on the OSX DVD... just create the partition, install windows and ensure the DVD is in the drive once windows starts ?

I hardly ever follow the wizard in this way, its just pain.

sadly the discs that came with the machine are 4000 miles away at the moemnt and i wont be back there for a couple of weeks. I had a HD issue and needed to reinstall the machine from scratch. ANy idea how i can get the drivers i need ASAP?
