How do I Export   MS ACCESS2007 :: Table Design - Field Name, Data Type & Description

I have see a few solutions for this type of question most of them are from several years old, how can I do this in access 2007?  

I want to open up a table in design view and export the Field Name Data Type  and Description
when I use the Database documentor I get a whole bunch of extra information , all I want is a list of the fields data type, I don't need the descriptions but they would be helpful.

in the documenter window, click on Options and uncheck all information that you don't need
