I need to provide a recommendation for the size of users mailboxes.  We are an engineering consulting firm so we deal with large files - Autocad, Inventor, 3D, photos, etc.  Does anyone have an industry standard on what are the limits set on user mail files?  Looking for feedback on this recommendation.

Most places have their mailbox size limit set to 250MB.  That has been the case for all the companies I have worked for.  What type of email archiving are you looking to implement?
