please, this is  a query in transact sql
            select convert(varchar(20),s.ComexSecuenciaOperacion) + convert(varchar(20),sl.SecuenciaLeasing) as ConCat
            from solicitud s inner join solicitudleasing sl
                        on s.CodSolicitud = sl.CodSolicitud

and ORACLE?
