Setting up a test cluster

I have to VM running on ESXi and 2 Windows 2008 Ent servers.  I have setup the failover cluster but get stuck on a quorum screen where it is asking you to configure storage witness.  Apparently I have not configured that part yet.  What can I use to do this since I dont have a SAN readily available?  Do I need special software?  Can I use just the Windows interface?  Does anyone know of  a step by step guide of doing this?

if you follow the guide here (for cluster in a box, two virtual machines on the same VMware ESX server), you don't need s SAN. You can create Clustered Disks, and a test cluster using Win2k8.

The Clustered Disks are shared between the Virtual Machines on the same host.
