Attachment not coming thru for One User

One of our Sales Reps is not getting .pdf attachments from one of his customers, yet his Customer Service Rep. does get the .pdf on the same email.

We use Outlook 2003 on an Exchange 2003 Standard Server.  We also use Xwall.

It's a mystery to me, since he gets attachments from other senders.

Any ideas of what to check for?

There is no error message and the user still gets the email without the attachment.

He is able to get other .pdf's and his CSR gets the attachment.

They are both running the same Symantec AV version.

Could not solve the problem.  The workaround is to have someone else email the attachment.
