Problem with JAVA I'm assuming

This header only shows up in IE not Firefox, Chrome.  The header I'm talking about is the grey box with name, email, message and send.  

I need help finding the code to remove this.

its the Quick Connect tab on the left

I figured that part out.  Now I just need to figure out why its not on the left and up top.
