What is your hosting provider if you don't jave control over your server then its something needs to fixed by your web hosting company also check the apache error log for specific error if this is caused by your web server or its the issue with your web app in the process of reducing the file upload size was there another setting listed there

I have fully control over the server and the hosting company are not being very helpful.<br />

Reducing the upload size again did not resolve the problem. cPanel seems to have corrupted something upon hitting &quot;Update&quot;.<br />
<br />
I checked error_log under the domain in question. What file should I open for apache error log?<br />

I changed the upload limit in cPanel INI configuration and clicked Update. This has stopped PHP from running on the domain. But, the same installation works fine on the sub-domain (same server).<br />
<br />
The website just shows a blank white page, until I changed this setting it was working fine.<br />
<br />
Where should I look?
