Uninstall Software Recommendation

Hi There!

Over the years I have seen revo uninstaller and uninstaller tool heralded as being better than the built in windows add/remove programs tools. I am wondering if there is any merit, and if there is a utility that is considered to be better than the others?

I would prefer something that tracks ALL changes made by the installation, like things that track if a program has been installed in trial mode for 30 days etc.

Thanks in advance.

I would personally recommend the Windows uninstaller.

You run the risk with a third party tool or removing required shared DLLs, and you'll break another program.

Sometimes you have no choice to use thirdparty some times Windows Uninstaller fails to remove applications thats why some vendors provide their own utilities. However I agree you should use windows uninstaller if it will remove it otherwise Revo is one of the best I have found.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

I have come across multiple occasions lately where the uninstaller might be broken for a variety of reasons. Something that tracks every file change and registry entry, is useful in that situation.

Exactly I work as a support engineer and on multiple occasions I have needed something to do this, if you get a chance you should check Revo pro out does the job very cleanly and has a 30 day trial ideal.
