MSCRMAddin Event ID 5958

An error occurred setting up a Microsoft CRM toolbar or button. Restart Microsoft Outlook and try again. HR=0xef604005. Context=. Function=CAddin::HrSetupToolbarOnSingleExplorer. Line=232.

That is the error I receive in the event viewer.
What is causing it and how do I fix it?

Did you try running the CRM Client Diagnostics?  Its availabe under Start -> Programs -> Microsoft CRM?  If that doesn't correct the problem, post the log file that it generates.

How often does the error occur?  Is the CRM toolbar working?

The error shows up in the event viewer a dozen plus times a day. I have not found any rhyme or reason to it.
The CRM toolbar is working.

I was hoping someone had seen this before.

After applying the latest rollup to the server and making sure ALL the client were updated as well the error no longer appears.
