could someone point to a step by step procedure on how to setup Citrix Access Gateway and Iphone4/ IPAD access on XENAPP 6 server?

In the XenApp Services site, select Manage secure client access > Edit secure client access settings.
Change the Access Method to Gateway Direct.

but I do not see

It seems like you have created a Web site according to your screenshots. You have to configure a XenApp Service site

yes,
I've created service site but do not see
where to Manager secura client access and where to add FQDN for AG and STA

In the XenApp Services site, select Manage secure client access > Edit secure client access settings.
Change the Access Method to Gateway Direct.
Enter the FQDN of the Access Gateway appliance.
Enter the Secure Ticket Authority (STA) information
