Trying to install QBooks Pro 2010 on standalone machine and it says Code 1606 and network

Lenovo Y510 Windows 7 64 bit trying to install QBooks Pro 2010 and it will stop midway through and say Error Code 1606, could not access network location "0\". Pro 2009 was already on here.
