Hi when i type ./hype in fedora. it brings this error.

when i type file command, it shows that its corrupted header size. does that mean file is corrupt.?

hype: ELF 32-bit LSB executable, Intel 80386, version 1, statically linked, corrupted section header size

It means that the elf headers are corrupt, not sure why that would happen. Maybe if it had been packed with UPX? I would download it again to see if it is that. Are you running a 32bit system or 64bit?
