no such host name NET

I have a web page being hosted on my web server which is working fine in the building i work from however another building gets the following error

No such host is known
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

the other building are able to ping the web server so i dont know why it wont work?

The problem that you're having seem to be a DNS problem. On your DNS server you'll need to create a new host and point it to the server's IP address that is hosting the website.

i found the problem in the below code thanks for your help

System.Net.Dns.GetHostEntry(Request.ServerVariables["REMOTE_HOST"]).HostName
