What is the best tool to use for accessing a PostgreSQL database using SSIS (2005)?

It looks to me like SSIS does not support ODBC, and I have tried the OLE DB program from http://pgfoundry.org/projects/oledb/ without any luck (I can't connect to the database with that driver and it appears to be 5 years old so I am skeptical about it).

I am running Windows Server 2003.

I have also tried this tool:  http://pgoledb.com/index.php?option=com_filecabinet&view=files&id=1&Itemid=68  and I can connect to the database, but I can't see any tables with this tool.  It is also not free - which is what I would prefer if possible.  However, I would be willing to pay for a driver that really works.
