Online Archive is not seen from Outlook Web Access for Exchange 2010

I have  few users in our Exchange 2010 Organization not able to view On-line Archive by Outlook Web access. They can view it by Outlook 2010 Client on their desktop.
Any ideas ??

That's Outlook Web App light.

Are they using a browser other than Internet Explorer or did they select light or low vision versions of OWA?

Forgot to say you can change it from low vision under Options once logged in to OWA
