Start up
I have startred making a food condiment that has gone over well in local testing. I have gotten my liscense and food saftey certs along with liability insurance needed.Seeing as i am just starting. what is the best way to proceed on a small scale. ? labeling , botteling are my 2 biggest problems as of now .

Thanks, it would be easier to talk to you thru email. Let me gather my thoughts so i can give you a more clear picture. I owned a chain of plant nurserys on the East coast for many years before moving to CA. However the food industry and CA regulations have me a little stumped.
